Responsibilities
- Support customers from issue receipt to resolution
- Allocate work and assist engineers for timely updates and SLA compliance
- Monitor systems and manage tickets in Field Service Lightning
- Provide updates to customers and prioritize faults
- Coordinate engineers and spares, tracking tasks
- Complete maintenance and reporting as needed
- Arrange supplier access as required
