Requirements
Must:
- Senior leadership experience in quality or quality engineering within complex organisations.
- Strong experience governing and assuring third-party or System Integrator delivery.
- Deep understanding of modern quality practices, including automation, early testing, and pipeline-based assurance.
- Broad experience across functional and non-functional testing.
- Comfortable using data and evidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- Desirable: Experience working with Salesforce and complex integrations.
- Desirable: Exposure to cloud, SaaS, legacy, and on-premise platforms.
- Proven experience improving or modernising quality functions.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and scaled delivery models.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall quality position for M Group, providing leaders with a trusted view of risks and technology performance.
- Define quality expectations and ensure they are understood across internal teams and System Integrator partners.
- Work with engineering leadership to embed quality early in the lifecycle, promoting automation and early testing.
- Ensure realistic environments and data are utilized to understand risks before release.
- Focus on root causes and lasting improvements when issues arise, rather than short-term fixes.
