Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience managing technical delivery in construction, utilities or engineering project environments
- Deep knowledge of engineering design principles, networking or infrastructure systems
- Proven leadership experience overseeing engineering or multidisciplinary teams
- Strong capability in risk management, governance, quality assurance and safety compliance
- Success in delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget and to required standards
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
- Experience in Critical National Infrastructure, design assurance, regulatory engagement or technical governance is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead the safe, compliant and efficient technical delivery of complex Critical National Infrastructure projects
- Ensure all technical solutions align with design intent, statutory and industry standards, and client governance
- Provide clear technical direction and resolve complex engineering challenges
- Ensure robust documentation, assurance evidence and change control across the project lifecycle
- Champion a proactive safety, quality and compliance culture
- Embed right-first-time engineering, continuous improvement and consistent standards
- Engage with clients, partners and regulators to ensure transparency and confidence in delivery
