Responsibilities
- Support administrative duties to maintain smooth day-to-day operations of the project
- Work with managers and supervisors across the Plumbing department to improve productivity, compliance, safety, and overall performance
- Engage with clients and M Group Water Services back-office teams to ensure seamless delivery of operational excellence
- Complete site audits and ensure plant and equipment safety
- Handle customer issues in accordance with the IMPACT protocol
- Respond to the Escalations team within prescribed timescales while ensuring compliance with Thames Water Smart Metering Asset Standard
