We are looking for candidates who have experience in complaint handling and a proven understanding of Customer Side Leakage Policies and procedures. You should possess strong customer service experience along with effective communication skills. Building rapport over the phone and in person is essential. Familiarity with contractor/client relationships is a plus, as is the ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail. You should be passionate about customer satisfaction, capable of turning around negative experiences where necessary.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage case complaints and high-profile escalations while issuing invoices on behalf of our clients as needed. You will respond to customer queries via telephone and email, ensuring competent case management within our systems. Your responsibilities will include actively managing fault tasks such as leaks and water supply issues, handling letter administration, and managing inboxes and responses. Additionally, you will make and take inbound and outbound calls while booking appointments compliantly, and actively manage Non-Household Customer Service Line cases.
