Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support, particularly within a Managed Service Provider environment. You should have strong experience with Windows Server management, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and WDS. Hands-on experience with server virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V is essential. You should also possess expertise in Veeam Backup & Replication, along with solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols). Familiarity with cloud storage solutions like Lucidlink and Egnyte, and proficiency in Microsoft Intune for MDM and MAM administration are preferred. Experience with MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) for OS imaging and deployments, as well as knowledge of security solutions like Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Sophos, or Bitdefender, would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide senior technical support and troubleshooting for clients, both remotely and on-site. You will assist in server configuration, installation, and management, including virtual environments using Hyper-V. Supporting enterprise-level backup solutions, particularly Veeam, and ensuring timely backups and data recovery will be key responsibilities. You will manage client networks, ensuring proper configurations for wired and wireless networks, and lead the implementation of cloud-based services like Microsoft 365, Mimecast, Google Apps, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Teams. Acting as a point of escalation for 1st and 2nd-line support engineers, you will collaborate with senior engineers on various IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and server virtualization. You will also contribute to the preparation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation while maintaining high standards of customer service.
