Must:

- At least 2 years work experience in Salesforce, ideally in a client-facing capacity
- Excellent presentation, problem solving, negotiating and persuasion skills
- Strong ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Knowledge of the Salesforce product suite and eagerness to progress as a Salesforce Developer or Architect
- Salesforce Administrator certification
Responsibilities

- Perform Salesforce configuration and develop best practices
- Gather requirements and build technical solutions
- Own and manage our clients support and change requests through to resolution
