Requirements
Must:

- Hands-on experience building CRMs, practice management systems, or other business management systems
- Strong SQL skills, including queries, stored procedures, and performance troubleshooting
- Experience designing workflows, automations, and system integrations
- Understanding of data flows and information architecture
- Ability to analyse complex requirements and produce structured technical solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience creating and maintaining clear technical documentation
- Collaborative working style and strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain workflows, automations, and system integrations across core business systems
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data routines to support workflow logic and reporting
- Develop integrations using APIs, REST services, and approved low-code or integration tools
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into technical specifications with clear acceptance criteria
- Maintain technical documentation and support stakeholders through training, prototyping, and change adoption
- Ensure all solutions follow governance, security, and compliance standards
- Contribute to projects including testing, release planning, and handover to IT support
- Collaborate with external vendors where needed to resolve issues and implement enhancements
