We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, who has hands-on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules. A strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and data management is essential. Additionally, experience in the design and delivery of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions is required. We value excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in financial services or regulated environments is considered advantageous.

Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow modules across the enterprise. I will design and govern the technical architecture for Change Management and CMDB in ServiceNow, ensuring integration, scalability, and alignment with platform best practices. I will define the solution architecture, including workflows, integrations, and system enhancements. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions will be key. I will ensure best practices, governance, and compliance within the ServiceNow environment, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators. Additionally, I will support upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within the platform.

Description
This is a 6-month contract role situated inside IR35. The rate is £656 per day, and while it primarily involves remote work, there will be a requirement for an office visit once a month. The client will manage payroll and cover employer National Insurance contributions.
