Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in designing and managing AWS services for production environments
- Proven track record of moving traditional infrastructure into the cloud
- Understanding of best practices for building secure, monitored, and resilient systems
- Familiarity with tools and practices that streamline deployments and improve reliability
- Ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into solutions
- Proficient in AWS services such as EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM
- Experienced with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/OpenTofu/Scalr
- Knowledgeable in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Familiar with containerization and orchestration using Docker
- Experience in CI/CD implementation with Azure DevOps Pipelines and YAML automation
- Skilled in monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana Cloud, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Loki
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure that powers production workloads
- Build resilient, secure, and observable cloud services using AWS-native technologies
- Architect and build new cloud services while migrating traditional infrastructure into a scalable environment
- Work hands-on with infrastructure design, automation, observability, and cross-cloud security integrations
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to turn requirements into real-world solutions
- Participate in on-call working on a rota basis (24/7) as needed
- Ensure compliance with enhanced security vetting processes
