Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience transitioning from traditional infrastructure to Azure cloud environments
- Strong background in designing, building, and deploying cloud infrastructure services
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to deliver commercially viable solutions
- Experience in AWS and Google Cloud is advantageous
- Proficiency in Azure services including Azure SQL, Azure Entra ID, Azure DevOps, Azure Container Apps, API Management Services, and Azure Functions
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like ARM, Terraform, and Opentofu
- Knowledge of Automation & CI/CD tools, such as Octopus Deploy and Azure DevOps
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Azure Container Registry
- Understanding of versioning and monitoring tools like GIT and SEQ
- Knowledge of security practices including RBAC and Azure Policies
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties as part of a 24/7 rota
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud solutions using Azure platform
- Build new modules and platforms as part of our cloud migration strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for cloud projects
- Deliver robust, scalable solutions in a product-centric environment
- Participate in on-call duties for cloud infrastructure support
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements during cloud transitions
