Requirements

Must:
- Thrives in complex technical environments where clarity drives speed and quality - Understands modern software delivery workflows and system dependencies - Experience working with enterprise-scale platforms or manufacturing workflows (preferred) - Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are key priorities - Proven experience in User Story Validation and Design - Solid background in documentation and maintaining clear technical records - Demonstrated experience working in AWS development environments

Responsibilities

- Bridge the gap between business intent and technical execution, ensuring every story, specification, and document is complete, consistent, and actionable - Work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Engineers to translate evolving requirements into development-ready stories - Refine complex or technical user stories in partnership with Product, Tech Leads, and Engineers - Define and validate acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business rules and platform constraints - Proactively identify information gaps, inconsistencies, or edge cases before development begins - Maintain clear, current documentation for system events, service designs, and end-to-end workflows - Transition working boards and ad hoc notes into version-controlled design documentation - Establish and champion standards for documentation quality and traceability across squads - Support impact assessments and change analysis across downstream systems and data flows - Act as the connective tissue between business context and engineering implementation
