Requirements
Must:
- 3 years of Project Management experience specifically within a consultancy or managed services (MSP) setting.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience working alongside and bridging the gap between technical, delivery and sales teams.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools, specifically Jira or Confluence.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and providing transparent progress updates.
- Work closely with technical specialists, delivery leads and the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from contract to execution.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to maintain project documentation, track sprints, and improve internal workflows.
- Use the Microsoft Suite to generate detailed reports, budget forecasts, and project timelines for executive review.
