Requirements
Must:
- Significant hands-on Juniper networking experience including EX/QFX switching, SRX firewalls and Mist AI-driven wired and wireless assurance.
- Capable of understanding and operating advanced switching and routing environments.
- Ability to produce HLD/LLD and serve as design authority across compute, networking and security.
- Experience in designing and delivering solutions that are on-premises, hybrid cloud and modern DevOps aligned delivery models.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Possessing a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK.
- A valid UK driving license.
- UK Security Check (SC) Clearance or eligibility required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with delivery and migration of network, data centre, hybrid cloud and security solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to the knowledge centre and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Work in a vendor agnostic environment and stay current with the latest technologies.
- Produce high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD) as part of project deliverables.
- Provide ongoing support as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Engage proactively in team dynamics to enhance project delivery.
