Description
At Lucid Computer Solutions Ltd, we are a growing IT support and computer services company that prides itself on delivering excellent service to small and medium-sized businesses. Our work encompasses managed support, cybersecurity, hardware installation, and cloud solutions, all driven by our commitment to customer service. We are looking for a hands-on, versatile IT Support & Deployment Technician to join our team in a hybrid role based out of our Redditch office in Worcestershire. You will typically spend three days a week in the office with the flexibility to work from home for the other two days. However, some weeks may require you to visit clients daily, depending on demand. A significant part of your role will involve on-site customer interactions, setting up new computers and networking equipment, as well as providing hands-on IT support. You will also assist in preparing hardware back at the office and delivering remote support via phone, email, or remote access tools. To visit our customers, you'll need to have your own car with a valid MOT and business insurance, and we will reimburse you for travel expenses at 45p per mile. We offer the opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of IT in a supportive and friendly team environment, exposure to a variety of client systems, 25 days of holiday plus all bank holidays, and a standard 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with no weekend or evening work.
