Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Cutover Lead on large-scale ERP/HCM programs, ideally involving Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes, with experience in payroll parallel testing
- Hands-on expertise in overseeing data migration, integrations, and environment management in Oracle projects
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills in high-pressure cutover environments
- Knowledge of release and environment management disciplines in Oracle Cloud implementations
Responsibilities
- Lead the integrated cutover activities for pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live stages
- Coordinate data migration, integrations, environment transitions, and payroll cutover activities
- Oversee the coexistence model between our cloud and on-premise systems
- Manage technical teams to ensure cutover readiness, including integration, data validation, and reconciliation
- Communicate cutover readiness status and escalate issues to program leadership
