Technical Business Analyst

- Lead collaborations with business system colleagues to clarify requirements, plan implementations, and address queries throughout the development process. - Marshal and document requirements to identify suitable solutions and design business processes accordingly. - Assist in the management and development of the Business Analyst team to align with managerial goals. - Oversee business analysis projects and tasks, managing, planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple complex and critical projects. - Work with the business to understand and prioritize conflicting needs. - Actively ensure IT data security by adhering to identified rules and practices. - Identify complex end-to-end business processes affecting various business areas using all available methods. - Present complex business and technical concepts to customers at all levels. - Identify, assess, and evaluate both business and IT risks. - Prepare clear and concise reports and communications regarding complex business processes and their progress, tailored for different situations and audiences. - Conduct in-depth scoping exercises during early project stages, mentoring junior analysts in effective scoping practices.
