Requirements
Must:
- Expert in Finance Transformation consulting as a Solution Architect, with Workday Financials, or other ERP system experience.
- Proficient in designing and implementing integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and legacy platforms.
- Experience working in an insurance (preferably insurance broking) environment with good knowledge of insurance systems.
- Experience initiating and providing architecture leadership for large-scale business-critical transformation projects.
- Knowledge or good awareness of the London Insurance Market concepts and ways of transacting specialty business.
- Good knowledge and awareness of enterprise-grade Finance and HR systems (Workday).
- Knowledge of working in a regulated environment e.g. FCA, PRA, and wider regulatory compliance for global insurance businesses (e.g. GDPR).
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data platform technologies (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks).
- Good knowledge of technology governance standards.
- Good knowledge of technology best practices including SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture and technical leadership for the European Workday Financials Programme.
- Work closely with Group IT Enterprise Architecture, senior leadership, delivery teams, and partners.
- Define high-level and detailed solution architecture.
- Govern key design decisions and ensure compliance with frameworks including DORA.
- Enable successful delivery across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
