- Strong software development skills in Java, with experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, or Kotlin.
- A solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, particularly HashMaps and HashTables.
- Familiarity with areas such as garbage collection, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, distributed architectures, relational databases (SQL/ORM), Message-Oriented Middleware (MOM), REST, Linux, cloud-based virtual machines, CI/CD tooling, security measures, Test Driven Development, multithreading, concurrency, and performance.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance key software, APIs, and internal tooling for our global software platform.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Front End developers, Product Management, QA, and UX/UI specialists.
- Contribute to significant system and tooling-related architectural decisions.
- Take charge of technical projects from requirements gathering and stakeholder communication through to project completion.
- Mentor other developers as the team expands.
- Write clean code and promote best practices.
