Requirements
Must:
- Strong software development skills in Java, with additional knowledge in JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, or Kotlin being a plus.
- Proficient understanding of data structures and algorithms, particularly HashMaps and HashTables.
- Familiarity with core technical concepts such as garbage collection, memory management, and performance tuning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, distributed architectures, relational databases (SQL/ORM), MOM, REST, Linux, cloud-based virtual machines, CI/CD tooling, security, test-driven development, multithreading, and concurrency.
- Proven experience in a Senior or Lead role, involving mentoring, stakeholder liaison, project leadership, and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance key software applications, APIs, and internal tooling for our global software platform.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Front End, Product Management, QA, and UX/UI specialists.
- Contribute to high-level architectural decisions focused on system and tooling enhancement.
- Take ownership of technical projects from requirements gathering to completion.
- Mentor and guide fellow developers as the team expands.
- Write clean, maintainable code while promoting best practices.
