Requirements
Must:
- Previous record of delivering HubSpot implementation projects
- Demonstrable background with all Hubs, including Automation, Custom Objects, Complex Workflows, and cross-hub configurations
- Experience handling enterprise-scale projects in a hands-on capacity
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team setting with Project Managers, Solutions experts, and more
- Willingness to mentor less senior personnel to improve the function and upskill yourself
Responsibilities
- Oversee the hands-on, end-to-end delivery of HubSpot implementations for key external clients
- Translate requirements/process maps gathered by internal Project Management and Solutions colleagues
- Conduct feasibility and risk analyses, and contribute to non-technical solution design
- Ensure build/delivery quality, scoping, timelines, configuration accuracy, testing, and quality assurance
- Take ownership of client-side training to ensure effective use of HubSpot offerings
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, updating senior stakeholders on progress and resolving issues
