Must:
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with extensive experience in data science, analytics, or related roles, preferably within the fintech, pensions, insurance, or employee benefits domains. Candidates should have strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex data sets. Proficiency in SQL and Python or R is essential, along with hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis. Additionally, proven experience with product analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools is necessary. Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is also required. Its important to have a background in multi-tenant platforms or white-labelled products, as well as an understanding of workplace pensions, retirement planning, or financial wellbeing solutions. Experience with event tracking and user behavior tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment) is a plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will own the development and implementation of data models, analytics frameworks, and experimentation strategies across our platform. You will develop segmentation and predictive models to support personalization and proactive member engagement based on demographics, behavior, and interaction activities. Additionally, you will design and analyze experiments such as A/B testing and cohort studies to assess feature effectiveness and improve user engagement. You will also create dashboards and self-serve analytics tools to empower our internal teams with real-time insights.
