Requirements
Must:
- A proven track record in Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, or Physics, or a PhD in any of these fields.
- Experience in Optics, Imaging, Photonics, and Digital/Electronic Systems.
- Demonstrated background in research or similar R&D roles, with the ability to translate research results for both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Understanding of Software Systems, Programming, Algorithms, or Mechanical/CAD Engineering is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your research skills to assist the wider team in producing designs and prototypes, as well as crafting reports and documentation for both existing and new products.
- Analyze and report results to support marketing efforts in promoting and selling new concepts and products to our existing customer base.
- Engage with external partners, including academic institutions and customers, to ensure effective knowledge and prototype sharing, ensuring our offerings meet real-world challenges in the field.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support product marketing initiatives while staying informed about the latest relevant trends, standards, and regulations in the market.
