Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience as a Product Owner or delivery lead within a team, focusing on technology and associated regulation-related projects or programs of work.
- Significant experience acting as a Product Owner in a team focused on regulatory and risk management initiatives.
- Proficiency in data governance, integrity, lineage, and management.
- Experience in shaping global operating models or frameworks and ensuring their effective adoption.
- Extensive experience managing third-party suppliers and development teams, whether onshore or offshore.
- Knowledge of AI and experience in the insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- I will work closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
- I will collaborate with the GRS Architecture Team and assigned Architect to ensure that architecture direction and decisions regarding the technologies supporting the platform are appropriately discussed and debated to achieve the best outcomes for the customer.
- I will own and maintain the product backlog and be accountable for its upkeep.
- I will contribute to Portfolio-level 30/60/90-day planning sessions.
- I will provide line management for Product Analysts.
- I will support and, when necessary, organize product Sprint demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- I will collaboratively build the team product roadmap while considering strategic inputs from business stakeholders.
Description
We are currently hiring for a Product Owner with experience working on regulatory change projects to join one of our insurance clients on a 6-month contract.
