Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in digital and analogue electronics design and analysis, electronics assembly processes and testing approaches.
- Experience with DFx (Design for Manufacturing, Assembly and Test) and EMC design.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team with a focus on customer needs.
- Enjoy collaboration and sharing knowledge to help others and improve current and future product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Take designs from initial concept stages to production, driving new ideas and ongoing improvements of key electronics and systems.
- Get to grips with conception generation, analysis, and development of new digital/analogue/mixed signal electronics as well as systems architecture.
- Provide technical specifications and documentation.
- Review current and new designs, while assisting less senior engineers.
- Contribute to the company's technical vision and roadmap, identifying areas for improvement and incorporating new technologies.
- Act as a bridge between hardware and product development teams and ensure third parties meet delivery expectations.
