Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of HR core functions and processes.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes, ideally in corporate shared services.
- 5+ years with Oracle HCM SaaS; Oracle E-Business (12.2.9) preferred.
- Functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labour modules.
- Technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports.
- Proficiency in MSP Professional/Online, PowerBI, and O365 (SharePoint).
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with integration teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Manage design and build documentation for HCM integrations with version control.
- Support reporting, deliverable reviews, and risk assurance with the Integration Delivery Lead.
- Track integration progress against HCM milestones and contribute to delivery planning.
Description
We are looking for an Integration Project Manager to join our Oracle HCM Cloud Programme in Reading, where you will work onsite three days a week for a 6-month contract. This role, positioned inside of IR35 with a daily rate of £600 - £670, involves collaboration with HR, IT, SI Partners, and third-party providers within the Integration Workstream.
