Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record in IT Support, addressing internal user needs onsite and remotely
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft tools: Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, M365/Azure Admin
- Device Management and Virtualization skills (using InTune and Hyper-V/VMWare)
- PowerShell scripting skills
- Basic Networking knowledge
- Understanding of methodologies such as ITIL/Change Management
- Knowledge of IaC offerings and/or Linux is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead 2nd and 3rd Line support for internal infrastructure, systems, and service requests, prioritizing or escalating tickets as necessary
- Contribute to projects to ensure internal offerings meet requirements
- Propose improvements for processes and workflows, integrating new technologies when applicable
