Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and are proficient in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory. A solid understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and IP routing, along with knowledge of cyber security principles will be essential. The ability to support a user environment of 200+ both onsite and remotely is also a requirement. Excellent communication and documentation skills are crucial for this role.
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Analyst, I will require you to deliver 1st and 2nd line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and core business applications. You will support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise systems. Your job will involve assisting with user onboarding, device deployment, and system configuration. You will also maintain network connectivity, security, and backup solutions, as well as participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and security improvements. Clear communication and excellent customer service to staff at all levels will be key to your success in this position.
Description
This is a hands-on role where you will provide technical support, maintain systems, and contribute to IT projects that keep our business running smoothly. We offer a salary range of £32,000 - £38,000 plus benefits, and promote a hybrid working pattern following onboarding (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home). Occasional travel to Dundee is expected (approximately every 2 weeks). Additionally, we offer generous holiday entitlement, enhanced pension contributions, a health cash plan, and various other benefits.
