Must:
We are seeking a Cloud Marketing Consultant with proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. You should possess strong technical skills in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, along with experience in API integrations, data extensions, and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem, such as Data Cloud and CRM. We value a strategic mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders while clearly communicating complex concepts. A background in large-scale organizations or consultancy/vendor environments, coupled with an understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel campaigns, will be essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will own and optimize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, taking charge of roadmap development, configuration, and governance. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering solutions using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder. You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, and integration with Data Cloud and CRM, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and maintaining robust security protocols. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement through analytics and insights, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Datorama, and Tableau.
Description
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 plus a bonus ranging from 20-30%. This is a permanent, hybrid position that requires a minimum of one day per month in one of our UK offices located in London, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Norwich, or Luton. We are open to four-day workweeks and flexible hours to accommodate our team members. The interview process consists of two stages, and we are happy to wait for the right candidate's notice period.
