Requirements
Must:
- Solid technical knowledge of AV systems, signal flow, and control platforms such as Crestron
- Hands-on experience supporting Cisco video conferencing and Microsoft Teams / Teams Rooms
- Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Experience maintaining projectors (LCD/DLP) and supporting broadcast-style AV environments
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and end users
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and apply it on site
Responsibilities
- Delivering day-to-day technical support for audiovisual and video conferencing systems
- Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving faults across AV hardware, software, and control systems
- Supporting audio and video conferencing platforms for both in-room and remote participants
- Carrying out routine maintenance, testing, and system health checks
- Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to support meetings and live events
- Assisting with AV setup and configuration for office moves, upgrades, and new room builds
