Must:
We are looking for a candidate who is Lean Six Sigma qualified with a Green Belt certification. You should possess strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Experience in continuous improvement roles is essential. Additionally, effective communication skills are necessary, as you will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. We value motivation to influence and align teams toward shared goals.
Responsibilities
As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will collaborate across functions within Finance to enhance the End-to-End Record to Report process. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be key to delivering effective cross-functional solutions. You will support process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in our Shared Service Centers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through best practice sharing and hands-on leadership. Maintaining Record to Report documentation and ensuring global process adherence will be part of your role. You'll develop metrics to measure process quality and productivity, sharing feedback with stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead smaller projects and contribute as a subject matter expert in larger programs.
