Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrable experience in forecasting and demand modelling
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manipulate large datasets
- Experience in creating bespoke forecasts and scenario models from concept to delivery
- Familiarity with contact centre operations and/or planning for field-based resources
- Advanced modelling experience (forecasting, demand planning, capacity planning)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Desirable: hands-on know-how with SQL (script writing for data extraction/sorting)
- Desirable: experience with PowerBI/Tableau
Responsibilities
- Own the review, refinement and lock process for the forecast model
- Create accurate and detailed forecast models broken down into hourly/daily/weekly/monthly intervals
- Support the Senior Forecasting Manager with the long-term annual and quarterly forecasting process
- Provide detailed analysis and forecasts of workload volumes
- Determine optimal resource and capacity requirements to meet demand
- Identify areas for process improvement focusing on workflow streamlining
- Present trend and variance analysis with recommendations to senior stakeholders
