Requirements
Must:
- We need strong analytical and insight capability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, risks and root causes, and turn these into clear, actionable performance insight.
- We need proven experience producing performance reports, dashboards and management information for operational managers and senior leaders.
- We need the ability to present data clearly through written commentary, visualisations and presentations that drive understanding and action.
- We need confidence working with stakeholders to challenge and support teams in using performance data effectively.
- We need experience identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions that enhance performance and help achieve departmental targets and goals.
- We would value experience supporting evidence-based decision-making and service improvement.
- We are looking for someone who can work closely with service managers, senior leaders, performance colleagues and system owners.
- We expect candidates to bring the skills and experience needed to ensure data is accurate, consistently defined and clearly understood.
Responsibilities
- We design, deliver and maintain high-quality management information, including performance reports, dashboards and analytical insight.
- We support effective decision-making across the department through clear, evidence-based insight.
- We work closely with service managers, senior leaders, performance colleagues and system owners to ensure data quality and consistency.
- We analyse performance information to help teams quickly see what is working and what is not.
- We identify key issues, priorities and actions to keep performance on track.
- We help managers and teams take timely action to achieve departmental goals.
- We strengthen data quality and improve how performance information is used across services.
- We provide written commentary, visualisations and presentations that make complex information easy to understand.
- We collaborate with stakeholders to encourage the use of performance data and support continuous service improvement.
- We help ensure performance information is trusted, consistent and genuinely used for assurance and early intervention.
Description
We are L&Q, one of the UKs leading housing associations and developers, founded on the belief that high-quality housing is vital for peoples health, happiness and security. This is a permanent Management Information Analyst role within our Customer Experience Team, based in London Stratford or Manchester Trafford, working in an agile environment and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.
