Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a business analyst in complex technical environments
- Strong understanding of modern and emerging BA tools, methods, and technologies
- Ability to design solutions based on real user needs
- Excellent skills in facilitating workshops and building consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving capabilities
- Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead deep-dive analysis across the technical stack to improve service delivery for residents
- Collaborate with teams to uncover problems and shape development of solutions
- Act as a bridge between strategy, technology, and operational delivery
- Explore and apply new technologies such as AI and robotic process automation (RPA)
- Produce governance documentation and set standards for project delivery
- Determine acceptance criteria and ensure excellent, accessible user experience on services
- Contribute to shaping digital transformation initiatives in Barnets technology investment portfolio
