Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong foundation in modern software development practices
- Excellent knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with unit testing and mocking
- Technical expertise in C#, .NET, MVC, and Azure Functions/App Services
- Strong analytical thinking and good judgement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Azure cloud services, tooling, and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of SQL, Cosmos DB, APIs, or microservices
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SASS) is advantageous
- Mentoring experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the designing, building, and deployment of robust, scalable software
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a dynamic new system
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers
- Contribute to architectural decisions and uphold best practices
- Champion code quality through clean coding standards and design patterns
- Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing
- Participate in project planning, task estimation, and progress tracking
- Tackle complex technical challenges and resolve issues efficiently
- Document designs, processes, and APIs clearly and thoroughly
