Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with Windows-based desktop environments, specifically Windows 11.
- Proficiency in hardware and software support, including SCCM, Intune, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Microsoft certifications are desirable.
- Experience in a contact or call center environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain a Windows-based desktop environment across multiple UK and international sites, managing approximately 1,600 devices.
- Provide hardware and software support, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Document processes and solutions for future reference and security compliance.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic IT team to ensure efficient operations.
Description
We are looking for an EUC Technical Support Specialist / Desktop Support Consultant to join our team on a 3-month rolling contract based in Nottingham, with very occasional travel. We are seeking candidates who can start immediately and do not have a notice period longer than one week. Please note that this role is deemed inside IR35, and a compliant payment solution must be utilized.
