Requirements
Must:
- Recent graduate with customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize work based on importance and impact
- Good organization and time management skills
- Interest in learning new topics and technologies
- Ability to work as part of a team, especially with technical contacts
- Knowledge of Logistics/E-Commerce industry (preferred but not required)
- Experience using Salesforce/Service Cloud (preferred but not required)
- Experience delivering projects (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of/Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (preferred but not required)
- Must pass a Basic Disclosure & Barring Services check
- Able to work a full 40-hour week
Responsibilities
- Provide customer onboarding for Fulfilment Customers and serve as first line support for customer issues with the IT team
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment bookings and integration issues
- Work with the Support and System Infrastructure Team to address any raised issues
- Assist the sales team with integration-related information for potential customers
- Be point of contact for customers during the integration process until they are live
- Gather requirements and technical specifications from customers and departments
- Participate in internal projects by managing information requests and organizing testing
