Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience working with SQL databases
- Experience building reports and dashboards using data visualisation platforms

- Experience working with Microsoft 365 administration

Responsibilities
- Administer and optimise the Space Manager self-storage management system
- Manage integrations between Space Manager, Ostara Systems and other operational systems
- Support development and configuration of system integrations using APIs
- Ensure system performance, reliability and data integrity
- Work with operational teams to improve system usage and workflows
- Design and improve data flows between systems to ensure accurate and accessible data
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards using data visualisation platforms
- Build automated reports to support operational, financial and strategic decision making
- Work with management to identify key metrics and data insights
- Improve data quality and reporting processes across the organisation
- Develop and maintain integrations between internal systems
- Configure and manage data exchange processes using APIs
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Work with third-party software providers to enhance system capabilities & integrations
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environment including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive environments
- Manage user access, security policies and device management
- Support collaboration tools across the organisation
- Maintain documentation of systems architecture and integrations
- Ensure system security and best practice access controls
- Support external IT providers in maintaining infrastructure
- Oversee data backup and disaster recovery processes
- Lead system improvement initiatives and technology projects
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology
- Support system implementation for new sites and future business growth
