Head of Change Governance

- Gatekeeper for all new change, ensuring all Change Requests meet the agreed criteria - Assessment of new change benefits with relating feedback loops back into the organisation - Chairs the Change review forum, producing clear and concise MI that supports change dashboards for stakeholders across LPPA - Excellent Change visibility heatmap, resources (both people and environments) across LPPA - Creates and communicates the LPPA Change portfolio across the organisation - Attends cross-functional meetings to ensure change awareness of all project activity - Works closely with systems to cement Product and Process owners and obtain visibility of blueprints at process, client and employer level - Chairs Benefits meeting and ensures projects remain on track to deliver and that benefit realisation follows through post Go Live - Manages Business Analysis capacity and capability, ensuring cross-skilling and knowledge transfer within the team - Chairs Design Authority, working with systems to define the Change Criteria and roll out across the business - Audit responsibility for all Change governance, conducting Health Checks and responsible for all audit requirements - Responsible for the Change feed into the LPPA Master Change RAID, including RAID reviews with the Head of Delivery - Works closely with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure all needs for LPPAs master risk register and committees are met - Enhances change reporting capabilities and liaises with the HOD on possible solutions for alignment between Project and Change reporting - Plans environment resources and releases around the change plans in collaboration with systems team
