Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with third-party suppliers
- Ability to map current and future states and develop transformation roadmaps
- Experience collaborating with engineering and testing teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Working with FNZ or similar investment platform providers (preferred)
- Knowledge of investments and pensions (preferred)
- Experience in large-scale transformation programmes (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with third-party suppliers like FNZ, managing relationships to ensure delivery aligns with our strategic goals
- Collaborate with Technical Applications Specialists and Quality Engineers to support automation testing
- Conduct impact analysis and ensure dependencies are in place across appropriate labs
- Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps to guide transformation
- Map out current systems and design future-state solutions
- Support the integration and testing of FNZ-built components within our lab environments
