Requirements
Must:
- Strategic Thinking and vision - ability to shape the overall product vision and align to platform objectives and OKRs
- Background within change delivery or product ownership, with specific agile experience
- Commercial or corporate banking experience
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills to manage a complex network of stakeholders
- Leadership and Team Development skills to lead a team of Customer Journey Managers, Developers, and QEs
- Payments experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Management and prioritisation of the GEM Product backlog
- Define and communicate the product Roadmap and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver the roadmap by removing blockers and ensuring timelines are met
- Ensure GEM product governance and compliance with regulatory requirements
