- Broad expertise across modern workplace technologies, including infrastructure, collaboration tools, devices, security, data protection, identity, automation, and APIs. - Strong research and problem-solving skills, able to transform intricate challenges into innovative solutions. - Credibility and influence, building trusted relationships and inspiring others with a clear vision of whats possible through technology. - Critical thinking and collaboration, working effectively across teams and driving outcomes through motivation and thoughtful engagement. - Clear and confident communication, able to articulate design decisions and direction in both written and verbal formats. - A growth mindset, continuously learning, applying new knowledge, and sharing insights to elevate team capability. - Experience in designing and testing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Power Platform, and other modern workplace technologies would be useful. - Experience with scripting and automation using languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash, and tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, and YAML pipelines would be useful. - Familiarity with APIs and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and standardized tooling for integration and delivery would be beneficial. - Knowledge of current security and cloud infrastructure, including zero trust principles, identity security, UEM technologies, and virtualization on Azure, AWS, or GCP would be advantageous.
