Lead Infrastructure Engineer

- Youll be responsible for all aspects of cloud platform/ infrastructure strategy to support new solutions and features, including design, delivery and management. - Lead, mentor and coach a talented group of engineers, guiding them through infrastructure deployment and configuration, to deliver robust, scalable cloud platform. - Youll be balancing business priorities and requirements to ensure operational stability, scalability and adherence to group standards. - Youll lead the continuous improvement plan to simplify platform and optimise cost. - Take responsibility for developing and implementing IT Security policies for a broad area within the organisation and champion best practices in infrastructure security, resilience, and reliability. - Youll use knowledge and experience of Cloud technologies to help shape our strategy. - Advise engineers on considerations around functional and non-functional requirements and guide them during design, development and testing. - Be solving technical problems at pace, identify and implement infrastructure updates following engineering best practices. - Work alongside the team Product Owner to plan and manage the delivery of feature roadmap to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
