- Skilled at operating in high-pressure environments with sound judgement
- Experience with FNZ platform or tech stack is highly desirable
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to deliver with excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead integration strategy and oversee task sequencing aligned to the Lab and Group priorities
- Own dependency management across multiple Labs, platforms, and external suppliers
- Act as the senior interface between suppliers and executive-level stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk implementations across internal and external parties
- Coordinate shared infrastructure changes and ensure alignment with Group-wide governance
- Provide strategic oversight for governance activities across multiple Labs
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate delivery risks and blockers at senior forums
