Requirements
Must:
- A diverse collection of knowledge across security domains, particularly in Application Security and Threat Modelling
- Ability to work with and oversee major security strategic change initiatives, providing leadership and direction
- Experience in developing cyber security domain architecture that enables business objectives and optimizes the maturity of cyber defenses
- Strong understanding of multi & hybrid cloud environments with detailed knowledge of securing them through Enterprise Security Architecture
- Ability to analyze complex problems from various perspectives and solve sophisticated challenges with Enterprise-wide impact
- Experience providing line management to solution architects and supporting change delivery teams to ensure value delivery
Responsibilities
- Defining the target state for security architectural capabilities and solving complex architectural problems
- Conducting research and development with other security teams to ensure security architecture remains ahead of challenges and aligns with technology transformation
- Managing the complexity of the Groups Enterprise Security Architecture and associated interlocks
- Leading architectural roles in shaping and supervising security change initiatives within the Group
- Collaborating closely with various security teams and senior customers to ensure architecture aligns with business outcomes
- Producing and leading delivery on your own artefacts, ensuring integration into the wider bank reference architecture and Group Security Architecture
