To apply for our Data Science and AI Industrial Placement, you should be in your penultimate year at university. While we do not set a minimum projected degree achievement, we strongly recommend demonstrating sound knowledge, understanding, and technical skills aligned with the role. This may be assessed during the application process. Please note that we cannot offer sponsorship for this programme; you must have full, unlimited rights to work in the UK. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of analytical techniques, experience in manipulating data for insights, proficiency in Python coding, and familiarity with SQL and statistical modeling techniques, as these skills will form part of our assessments.

Responsibilities
Throughout this placement, you will dive into real-world challenges from day one. Youll design and deploy machine learning models for various applications, engineer robust data pipelines, and apply advanced techniques in deep learning and natural language processing. You will have the opportunity to explore generative AI applications and contribute to next-gen banking solutions while innovating on the Google Cloud Platform.
