Requirements
Must:
- Enterprise Architecture experience with good working knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman)
- Exposure to a range of modern technologies, including:
- Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- APIs, microservices, and modular applications
- Data strategies (data lifecycle, ETL, data modelling, governance)
- Cybersecurity
- Technology sustainability
- Payments, digital transformation, retail banking
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships across engineering, product, and business teams
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with tech trends
- Willingness to drive process improvements and adopt best practices
Responsibilities
- Support architectural strategy across platforms and products, aligned with tech and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology decisions drive strategic outcomes.
- Assist in creating architectural documentation for governance and compliance.
- Contribute to agile delivery with architectural insight from concept to implementation.
- Research emerging technologies to inform design and foster innovation.
- Participate in governance and change initiatives to uphold architectural standards.
- Invest in your development and support a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.

We are looking for passionate and collaborative Associate Enterprise Architects to help shape the future of our technology landscape. Our work style is hybrid, requiring at least two days a week in the office, and we are based in Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh, and Halifax.
