Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years minimum IT experience in IT support or IT engineering
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams
- Practical experience with Intune for device and policy management (desirable)
- Understanding of cyber security fundamentals and modern workplace best practices
- Confident communicator who remains calm under pressure and delivers excellent service
- Curious, motivated, and willing to learn new technologies
- Driving license essential due to location
Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on support across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Managing tickets end-to-end, ensuring clear communication and thorough resolution
- Supporting clients on-site with a strong service focus
- Working across Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Administering and maintaining Intune for device management, policies, and compliance
- Assisting with Azure-based work, including identity, security, and platform administration
- Contributing to cybersecurity improvements and maintaining good security hygiene across systems
