Requirements

Must:
- I must be eligible for SC Clearance (I must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years). - I have extensive experience in a Service Architect or pre-sales role, with clear evidence of career progression and achievement. - I have a strong track record of working with medium and large customers across a variety of sectors, including experience with remote and geographically dispersed teams. - I possess outstanding customer-facing and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage and build relationships at executive and senior levels. - I have experience architecting services within a managed service provider (MSP), system integrator, or IT reseller environment. - I have in-depth knowledge of Service Desk and IT Service Management, along with technical and commercial awareness of the broader service portfolio.

- As a Service Architect, I will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process, ensuring the integrity of managed service solutions, and driving both new business and customer retention. - I will bridge technical and operational expertise, working closely with subject matter experts to deliver solutions that truly align with client needs and our operational strengths. - I will lead the alignment of service solutions with customer requirements. - I will build virtual bid teams, allocating workload across experts. - I will collaborate to develop integrated, innovative, and cost-effective solutions. - I will assess and manage requirements, risks, and third-party supplier proposals. - I will create high-quality, compelling written responses for tenders and presentations. - I will support pricing, commercial modeling, and contract negotiations.

I am excited to join the Littlefish team! The work location for this position is remote, and the salary is up to £80,000, plus a lucrative commission structure.
