Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience in network engineering (MSP experience is a plus). - Deep knowledge of routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP). - Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar technologies. - Strong grasp of network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC). - Skilled with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, etc. - Excellent communication skills and strong documentation capabilities. - Must be eligible for SC clearance (must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years).

Responsibilities

- Lead a small but effective team of network engineers. - Own complex technical issues and high-priority customer tickets. - Act as a senior escalation point and subject matter expert. - Drive best practices, automation, and future tech adoption. - Support major incident resolution while mentoring engineers. - Approve high-risk changes and review incident reports. - Shape our network roadmap and onboard new customers.
